Body Reflects is an inclusive, supportive place to practice yoga. Our classes warm up, flow, challenge and then dive into deep poses with variations for all levels. Class sizes are small (maximum capacity per class is 15 students) so we can teach to every skill level that arrives and provide props for assistance. We have weekly and monthly themes including regions of the body, philosophy, asana and general health.
Yoga is an amazing tool in our fast paced world and we truly believe it is integral to optimal health. Our instructors passionately seek to evolve each individual’s practice.
Personal yoga training is an amazing opportunity to deepen your practice through 1 on 1 exploration of yoga. With constant hands on assists, clever exercises, and personal exploration the vastness of yoga’s possibilities will bloom before your eyes.
