Carlie Bae LMP, RYT (License MA00022371)

The seeds for Carlie’s passion for health were planted as a child growing up on a small farm in Fall City, Washington. No matter how many sports she tried, Carlie was never a natural athlete.  She suffered from injury on the slopes, on the field, and in day to day activity.  It was not until she found yoga that fitness became accessible.  This was the key to unlocking a navigable path on her personal quest for balance in all parts of life.

She achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University where she also discovered the wonder of physical medicine. In partnership with Bastyr she received her certification to practice massage from Brenneke School of Massage in 2005, and has continued to study different techniques ever since. Modalities she has studied and integrated into her practice include myofascial release, Thai massage, Lomi Lomi, pregnancy,  therapeutic cupping, and manual ligament therapy.  She began sharing her approaches to yoga for health and fitness in private and group settings in 2012.

In her free time she loves to play with really heavy weights, snowboard, hike,garden, cook and spend time with her beautiful family and menagerie of urban farm animals.

 Carlie specializes in myofascial release, Thai massage, Lomi Lomi, pregnancy,  therapeutic cupping, and manual ligament therapy.



Anna Spengler

Anna graduated from Western Washington University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology, after which she pursued her interest in experiencing different cultures and traveled to over 17 different countries, where she discovered and fell in love with Thai massage and Aryuvedic skin care. After her travels she got her esthetician and massage licenses.

Anna feels strongly about ongoing education, always furthering her studies of anatomy and the moving body, injury and advanced bodywork methods. She was closely mentored in a physical therapy clinic developing a strong foundation in medical massage and received her Pilates certification to help educate her clients to strengthen and rehabilitate their own weakness/injuries in between massages. Currently, she is studying physical therapy and plans to have her PTA license in 2017.

Anna specializes in mana lomi, deep tissue treatment, passive stretching, cupping and facial acupressure.

Mary Rodgers                                                                                                                        

Mary attended Massage Therapy School at Cortiva Institute in Seattle,WA. As a Licensed Massaged Therapist, Mary combines her love for anatomy and physiology with her passion for the healing arts in order to assist her clients in relaxing from the stresses of daily activity and recovering from injury or muscle strain. In addition to massage therapy, Mary is also a Yoga Instructor. She completed a Kripalu Yoga 200-hr teacher training in West Palm Beach, FL where she began teaching in 2012. She has also completed training through the Connected Warrior program to teach yoga to active and retired military, a population that she is committed to supporting. Through Kripalu Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yin Yoga, Mary helps her students develop compassionate self-awareness by combining mindful movement with powerful breath work.


Wendy Van Den Bijgaart

Wendy has a degree in Classics but returned to school to complete training for relaxation massage at the M.H. Vicars School of Massage in Edmonton, Alberta. She then went on to complete the 2200hr therapeutic massage training at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in Toronto, Ontario in 2013.

Having recovered from back surgery and living with scoliosis herself prompted her to study massage therapy to learn more about how the human body works and what we can do to recover from injury, maintain health and prevent future injuries from occurring.  She strongly believes in the importance of staying active, taking care of one`s body and the healing properties of massage that support these goals.

In her free time she likes to swim, travel, attend yoga classes, go on walks and enjoy the company of her family.
